How are match scores calculated?
Each business receives a Match Score (0-100) based on a blend of review quality, relevance to your garment and occasion, convenience, and other signals. Higher scores indicate a stronger fit for your request.
Where do the reviews come from?
Reviews are sourced from public Google Places data. We also analyze the text of those reviews to extract sentiment about quality, speed, friendliness, and fair pricing.
I own an alteration business — how do I get listed?
